SHIPPING INFO

SHIPPING

  • Currently we ship local to the contiguous United States.
  • At this time we ship internationally only to Alberta and Ontario, Canada.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

  • Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding state/federal holidays.
  • When your order is received, it will be processed within 2-4 business days since your items are made to order.
  •  If an order is placed anytime between 4:00 pm Friday and Sunday, it will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times are based on regular order volume.
  • During new releases, holidays, and sales, order processing times can extend to 7-14 business days or beyond, weekends excluded (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas).
  • Please be patient with us during these high volume times because we get more orders than we usually do. We will try our best to get all of your orders shipped in a timely fashion. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with tracking information.

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • To qualify for free ground shipping, your order subtotal must be $75 or more. As the shipping will be automatically deducted at checkout, no coupon code is required. If you want expedited shipping, that option will still be available to you at the current rate.
  • Local delivery within Lee County, NC and Harnett County, NC is free over $40.
  • Without prior notice, this promotion can end at our discretion.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

**We highly encourage you to sign up for USPS's free Informed Delivery service if that is the shipping service you select. You'll receive text notification of any package coming to your address if the sender ships through them.

ADDRESSES

  • BEFORE placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping address is current.
  • Sweetie's Nature Shop is not responsible for orders that get delivered to the wrong or past addresses. 
  • Sweetie's Nature Shop is unable to ship an order to multiple addresses. You will have to place separate orders if you wish to ship to more than one address.

LOST/STOLEN/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

  • Sweetie's Nature Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen, tampered with or marked as delivered once it leaves the warehouse.
  • If your package is lost/stolen, tampered with, or marked delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier, USPS, or UPS.
